International Service

International Service
What is International Service? The primary objective of this committee is to grow and build global peace. We demonstrate our commitment to friendship and global wellbeing through volunteer service. We accomplish this through activities such as cultural and friendship exchanges, participation in global grants that provide life-changing programs, and hands-on and/or financial support of international projects. The most influential projects include Water Sanitation and Access project in Africa; the Kenya Dental Mission in June, 2025, caring for hundreds of children in orphanages; as well as impactful initiatives like the Infant and Maternal Health Initiative, which our club started that has impacted thousands of mothers, babies, and healthcare professionals. In addition, our members have participated in 2-week Rotaplast facial reconstruction missions since 2012. The work this committee is dedicated to, makes the world feel more connected when we build friendships across cultures, languages, and borders. In the months ahead, we look forward to hosting an Argentinian Friendship Exchange, collaborating with Rotary clubs worldwide, and identifying new global projects aligned with our mission.
