The Intangible "It"

For Jack Stahlmann, discovering the secret recipe of possessing the “it” factor came in a 13-second encounter with George Clooney, in which he realized George was a lot cooler than him. Which is something he should have known, really. But in that instant of being around George’s movie star aura, he realized that there is a formula for capturing that magnetic “it” quality that certain people seem to possess naturally. And he will break this skill down for your Rotarians in four-and-a-half simple steps.

In this keynote, you will learn about The Gift and how to channel your inner-Clooney to make everyone you encounter feel like the most important person in the room. We’ll examine The Shift by exploring how Snoop Dogg has transformed from an edgy rap star that frightened suburban parents in the 90s to becoming the adorable unofficial mascot of the 2024 Olympics. And we’ll take a look at how we can Snoopify our careers. And with The Connect we will dive into ways you can be more memorable to anyone you meet – and it might be as simple as wearing a Dolly Parton tee shirt. For real.

It's a fun session. It’s a funny session. But make no mistake about it that there are real-world takeaways that your group can bring back to their organizations right now. Having “it” makes a huge difference in the way professionals connect with their teams, allowing your attendees to have an even deeper impact beyond the great work they are already doing.
